If your fish is a carnivore, check to see if the first ingredients on the list are shrimp or fish.  For Omnivore you want food that has more algae. The main vitamins and minerals that fish need are the vitamins that support a different part of fish.

Vitamin A- Egg yolk, algae, water plants.

Vitamin C- Green algae, water plants, fish eggs, Beef liver.

Vitamin E- spinach, egg yolk, wheat, germ oil.

Vitamin K- Beef liver, lettuce, water fleas.

Biotin- Wheat, germ oil, beef liver, Yeast.

Vitamin E and vitamin A are for the reproductive system. Vitamin K is for Blood flow and blood clotting.
